  1. Here is a “life hack” it seems few people know about. My experience over the last couple of years have proven it works. Last evening, April 20, I ate some Irish Soda Bread I made and stored in the refrigerator at Easter (almost 2 weeks ago)! It still tasted fresh and was mold free,
    The hack:
    When putting bread in the freezer or refrigerator put a paper towel inside the wrapper. The bread will keep fresher far longer than without the paper towel.
